RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at EaseMode Wellness. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we have established the following return policy to protect your health, privacy, and rights.

1. RETURN WINDOW
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:
- Unopened items in original, sealed packaging
- Defective or damaged products upon arrival
- Wrong items shipped

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:
- Opened, used, or unsealed intimate products
- Items with broken hygiene seals
- Products showing signs of use or wear

3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
- Customer pays return shipping for unwanted items
- We cover shipping for defective/damaged items

4. REFUND PROCESS
1. Email hello@easemodewellness.com with order number and photos
2. We respond within 24 hours
3. If approved, we provide return address and RMA number
4. Refund processed within 3-7 business days after inspection

5. REFUND METHOD
Refunds issued to original payment method within 3-10 business days.

6. PRIVACY & DISCRETION
All returns handled with complete confidentiality.
